Located on Center Avenue, in the heart of Somerset, Pennsylvania, amidst the beautiful Laurel Highlands, the Eat ‘n Park is an excellent alternative to the local fast food restaurants for family dining. The Eat ‘n Park is open around the clock and serves everything from breakfast to dessert.

The breakfast buffet is a big draw for the restaurant. While it’s not huge, it does offer a good selection of the traditional breakfast fare - breakfast meats, hash browns, eggs, cereal, pastries and a fruit bar. Children, or adults, who aren’t up to doing justice to the buffet, can enjoy waffles, pancakes or French toast – all decorated with the trademark smiley face.

The lunch and dinner menus have something for everyone. Whether you’re in the mood for Italian, Blue Plate specials, Fish, Poultry, Deli Sandwiches, or just soup and salad, the Eat n’ Park has it.

The Eat n’ Park also caters to more specialized palettes – their menu indicates gluten-free foods for individuals with Celiac disease, as well as low carb and “light” entrees. There are also specials for seniors and a kid’s menu that includes a free smiley cookie for dessert.

Conveniently located near the check-out station, the bakery provides breads, pies, cookies and other sweets for you to take home.

The Eat n’ Park is a busy, family restaurant. The food and service are decent, though during the busiest times, service can be a little slow. If you don’t care for the loud, child-laden atmosphere, visit at night after the kiddies are asleep or take advantage of the fact that the entire menu is available for take-out.
