Located in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Peddler’s Village is a treat to behold at any time of the year. The holiday season is an especially wonderful time of the year to visit the 70 specialty shops and 7 restaurants that line the cobblestone paths in this unique community. With lights adorning the trees, storefronts, and gardens, the atmosphere is incredibly festive. There are even carolers who wander throughout the shopping area singing Christmas tunes.

From antique to home décor shops, each establishment is unique in its own right. Some of these include MP Jewelry Designs (handcrafted in the store by the owners), Artisans Gallery (fine contemporary jewelry and American crafts, pottery, and glass), The Mole Hole (unusual gifts, collectibles, and jewelry), Pine, Wreath, & Candle (table linens, quilts, and special occasion accessories), My Favorite Shop (artwork, mirrors, furnishings, and Victorian accents), Turn Me Loose (contemporary and American crafts, reproduction collectibles, memorabilia, and nostalgic décor), Glass Masters (sculptures, stained glass, and musical snow globes), and Knobs ‘n Knockers (garden accents, cabinet and furniture fittings, door latches, bathroom fixtures and more).

There are a plethora of apparel stores such as Apricot Lane Boutique (exclusive, upscale department store women’s fashions), The Den (men’s clothing lines and gifts), Chico’s (designer women’s fashions), Velvet Chic (urban apparel, accessories, and gifts), Lace Silhouettes Lingerie (sleepwear), Cotton Company (quality sweaters, tops, and coats), Periwinkle Place (children’s clothes, gifts, and accessories), Sublime (high fashion clothes from leading designers, jewelry, and accessories), Hello, Sports Fans! This family fun center has its own café, Painted Pony, and hosts birthday parties.

Thousands of people flock to this picturesque community every year to shop, admire the decorations, and visit Giggleberry Fair, but these are not the only attractions. The miniature replicas entered in the gingerbread competition are beautiful works of art that will awe everyone fortunate to behold them. Admission is free and it’s located in the Gazebo on the main green. The display is open until a half hour before the stores close. The stores are opened Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. Sunday hours are 11:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
