A small town located at the northern border of Mississippi, Hernando is just 20 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee. Hernando occupies a little over 11 square miles of land and is conveniently located right off I-55. This town has many historical buildings and was the first Mississippi town to be incorporated into the Small Towns Main Street program in 1997.
